Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a fee.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a $50 fee.
  • Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will incur a $100 fee.
  • As a one-time courtesy, the practice may waive the cancellation or no-show fee at its discretion. Any waiver will be documented in the patient’s appointment record. After a waived first occurrence, any subsequent late cancellations or no-shows will result in the applicable fee being charged.
  • A valid credit card on file may be required prior to scheduling future appointments following a missed or late-cancelled appointment.
All fees for late cancellations and no-shows will be charged to the card on file.

Gift cards may be used toward services or products, excluding gift card purchases. Not redeemable for cash; unused value remains on the card. Avelure Med Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards.

Product Sales Terms

  • Product returns between 30 days are eligible for store credit with proof of purchase.
  • Products that have been substantially used cannot be returned.

Services and Package Sales Terms

Refunds to the original form of payment are available within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, refunds are issued as store credit for services or retail. Credit may be transferred to a friend or family member.

  • Refunds are not available for services already rendered.
  • Clients may email [email protected] within 30 days of treatment to discuss outcome concerns.

Filler Dissolving Policy

  • Clients with filler from elsewhere may be seen for consultation.
  • Terms are outlined in the filler consent forms.

Age Restrictions

Avelure provides services to clients 18 years and older.

  • 16–17 year old clients may receive DiamondGlow®
  • 13–17 year old clients may Laser Hair Reduction Only if:
  • A parent/guardian is physically present for the entire service.
  • All intake forms and written consent are completed by the parent/guardian.
